About Le Mascara Intense

For a natural look, one or two coats from the base to the tip of lashes is all you need. For a more dramatic look, apply one or two coats, let the mascara dry, then pat lashes with the brush to emphasize volume. The more mascara you add, the more dramatic the false-lashes effect!

How can I refill my mascara?

Once your Mascara Intense is empty, remove the cartridge and brush from the aluminium tube and cap, and put them in the recycling bin (plastic). Add your new cartridge, and enjoy over 3 months of long, beautiful lashes! If you have any doubt, the steps are on the packaging.

Is the Mascara Intense waterproof?

Waterproof formulas imply using synthetic ingredients that are not allowed by organic labels. Formulating the most natural and organic products has always been our core value, so Le Mascara Intense isn't waterproof, but it is long-lasting thanks to Carnauba and Candelilla waxes.

What is the shape of the brush?

The Mascara Intense has an hourglass-shaped brush to completely enclose your lashes, lengthen and thicken them.

Can I use it if I am pregnant?

Yes, our Mascara Intense does not contain any essential oils.

Cornflower

Cornflower Floral Water is used as a tonic or lotion to help soothe irritations, reduce redness, and revive the skin's radiance. Its action extends not only to the delicate skin around the eyes but also to the entire face. Cornflower hydrosol also contains active ingredients capable of neutralizing the effects of eye irritations, styes, or conjunctivitis.

Carnauba wax

Carnauba wax (Copernica Cerifera) is entirely natural and comes from Brazil.

It has filmogenic properties and is mainly used in makeup products, especially in lipsticks and mascara, because it stiffens the formula without hardening it, and makes it more resistant to heat.

Castor Oil

Extracted from castor seeds (Ricinus Communis), it is fortifying and does wonders on the nails, lashes, eyebrows and hair (when applied onto the scalp).

It is also mainly used in makeup products because it gives a natural glossy finish and enables pigments dispersion. Castor seed oil also has nourishing and repairing properties, which makes it a great ingredient for the lipcare products!

- Abyssinian oil: This rare botanical oil is often used in hair care products, so it's perfect for your lashes! We've used it in Le Mascara Intense for its coating and nourishing properties.
- Candelilla and Carnauba waxes: These waxes are used for their film-forming properties, to coat lashes and help the mascara stay on longer.
