How to use

Dispense three drops into the palm of your hands, then rub them together to bring out the scents, then apply with upward smoothing strokes. Always apply to slightly damp skin, for example after misting your face with La Brume Systémique. Follow with your face cream if you wish – and if your skin needs it.

Another way to use it: add two drops of PAX to your usual skincare product to boost the formula! Avoid the eye area.

If you enjoy firming facial massages, you can use PAX with a Gua Sha tool to relax muscles and optimize the oil's effectiveness. Perfect for a plumped skin effect!

What are the benefits of CBD on the skin?

This small lipidic molecule belongs to the cannabinoid family and can help significantly with many ailments. It is able to interact with the endocannabinoid system, which helps to regulate the cells in our immune system and is present in the skin.

When CBD is applied to the skin, this mechanism is enhanced and the skin is de-stressed. CBD helps to control sebum production, which tends to increase when levels of the stress hormone, cortisol, go up. It’s also an excellent antioxidant, and provides many skin-support nutrients.

In 2020, the COSING (the European Commission database for information on cosmetic substances and ingredients) rated CBD as an antioxydant, moisturizing, emollient, soothing and anti-seborrheic ingredient. This is why we chose to add this Nature's gift to our magical PAX oil.

For which skin type is PAX oil best suited?

This CBD-enriched oil is suitable for very sensitive/irritated skin as well as blemish and acne-prone skin.

What is a face oil?

A face oil is often composed of vegetable oils rich in fatty acids that act as a shield for the skin, whatever its mood. It can be used on its own or in addition to a cream.

What is the difference with Addiction oil?

PAX oil contains supercritical CO2-extracted CBD with proven benefits on skin inflammation. It is therefore more effective to deeply treat sensitive, irritated and acne-prone skin. If your skin is dry, mature, or you don't have major skin problems, then Addiction will be just fine for you!

Can I use it morning and evening?

Yes, you can use it morning and evening or add 2 drops to your usual skin care product to boost it.

How much should I use?

2-3 drops are enough to enjoy its benefits!

Can I apply it to the eye area?

We recommend using a targeted cream, specially formulated to take care of this fragile area. Use La Crème Réparatrice Regard (wrinkles, loss of firmness) or Le Soin Regard (puffiness and dark circles) to address your skin's concerns.

Can I use it if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

Unfortunately, CBD is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Like all Absolution products, PAX doesn't contain any synthetic perfume. What you smell is really what you get, and some of the ingredients used (nigella, CBD, rosehip) have a strong olfactive personality. If you have a sensitive nose, it will take a few days to get used to the smell, but we promise it's worth it!
